Fiona has volunteered for Operation Henry for about 8 years, she goes on to explain:
Within that time I have been trained in various roles; my present is to liaise with South West hospitals and hospices to promote the awareness of the charity. I also assess people’s needs after they have contacted the charity. Over the years my role has been rewarding and I feel that I have made a positive difference. The Operation Henry team are all professional, friendly and very helpful. We work as a team for the benefit of others. For anyone wanting to help others, a volunteering role is very satisfying.
Volunteers are vital to Operation Henry, and without our wonderful support network of volunteers and representatives across the country we simply would not be able to continue to provide our vital support services to patients and their families.
If you have any time to spare please do get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org, we'd love to hear from you!

New Role: Fundraising Volunteer Needed
Operation Henry is looking for a volunteer to help one day per week with making contact with new donors, searching for raffle prizes, event organisation and awareness. Please Email if you are interested.
People volunteer for many different reasons, whether that's to meet new people, gain work experience, grow confidence of in memory of a loved one. Volunteers are the back bone of our charity and we simply would not be able to support our beneficiaries without them.
If you would like to volunteer for Operation Henry in any sort of capacity then please get in touch.
